Bob bell came out to quote a tankless water heater for my house. First he made a pass me which I thought was totally inappropriate and then he stole my credit card number and charged $2,000.00 without authorization. Then when I questioned him about it he became very hostile with me. He even grabbed my arm and shook me. As a woman I felt very threatened I thought he was going to assault me so I called the police to get him out of my house.\r

Please if you’re female don’t use this company. He has even had fake reviews posted on the internet about his company posing as a female in order to try and attract more female customers. The guy is a stalker and a sociopath, just read the other reviews from other real people on the internet. \r

Update 02-01-2013 Bob Bell of Newport Tankless located in Costa Mesa has continued to harass me at my work and on the internet. Please, please watch out for this person he is seriously dangerous. I am getting ready to get a restraining order against him.
