I went ring shopping at various places trying to find the perfect engagement ring for my now fiance. When I discovered this modest and inviting store at the Burbank Mall, my search was over. Arsen and his wife Dianne are the perfect owners: friendly, knowledgeable, fair and honest. I first met Dianne and she helped me pick what would become the perfect engagement ring. I required Asscher cut stones which they had to order specifically for me, so I gave her my budget and told her to get me the best I could get without going over. She did. The stones were perfect and of great quality. Once I had picked my setting, stones and engraving, Arsen took over and crafted perfection. My fiance was so thrilled with it, she still can't stop staring at it (neither can I!). Arsen prides himself on his motto ""worry-free jeweler"" and he means it. He will take care of ANY problem, will work with you on anything and make it a hassle-free experience. My fiance had told me a ring size too big and when asked to re-size, Arsen built me a brand new ring from scratch (just kept all the stones)! At no extra cost! I made sure to go back when I bought her wedding band and mine too. For my ring, I described a ring I saw at another store and had him build it, which he did wonderfully at 2/3 the price. If you have any jewelry needs, this should really become your go-to place. You won't regret it!
