*Property is a feet away from a very busy and noise major road.
*the first floor hallway always smells terrible.
*parking design is unique (crap), everyday I feel like I'm gonna crash my car because of it.
*maintenance crew couldn't fix one of my broken appliances, the leasing agent didn't want them to replace the appliance (too expensive about $500).
once, the maintenance crew got tired of me calling them, they hung up the phone on me and took the phone off the hook.
pros:
*all the rooms are very spacious.
*all the neighbors are very nice & quiet all day along.
*apartment walls feel very thick, you cant hear your neighbors & they cant hear you.
*good safe neighborhood, 3 minutes away from a nice small public beach.
