When you walk in to NY Living Solutions there are a bunch of brokers sitting around ready to help you. While the brokers are great and the company is professional - you only want to work with them if you CANT get Tony Messina.
I agree with all of the reviews Tony has (read them for sure). He is the best broker I have worked with. I came to NYC trying to avoid using a broker at all. The truth is the market is so saturated with brokers you don't really have a choice.
Tony, though, makes having to use a broker the best option. He quickly gets what you are looking for and doesn't wast time in getting it for you. Like others have expressed - he will find you places that don't exist any where else on the internet and other brokers don't know about. And because he is so well connected he has the ability to get you what you are looking for below market value.
I would highly recommend Tony Messina to anyone looking for an apartment in NYC. Anytime I ever move there is only one person I am going to call.
