I was referred to Ivana through someone who had a great experience finding a place. Ivana was very fast to respond to my initial email to her with a call back, literally within minutes. She took all of my info, dates, budget and what was important to me. I moved from another city and had limited time to find a place. Ivana has a vast knowledge of all listings and properties in Manhattan and immediately gave me a list of options that she thought I would like. I wanted to live in the Financial District which she knows like the back of her hand. Ivana seems to have great relationships with all of the buildings management offices. She was able to get appointments to see listings within an hour of request which is important in NY as these places get leased very fast. \r

I actually ended up liking UES more and Ivana was quick to find options within my price range, all in great buildings. Once I applied for my apartment she continued to help with constant follow ups with the office and trying to negotiate and help me get approved asap. \r

I moved in within days of my application and absolutely love my new home. I don't think I could find exactly what I wanted and as fast as I did without Ivana's help. She is great at what she does and has a lovely personality which makes her a great fit for this business. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family any day!\r
