I don't trust his advice. My landlady ( I rent a room ) often used this service and I didn't pay much attention. I had need of a plumber while my landlady was gone and I feel I got ripped.\r

This plumber has rootered the sewage pipes for roots several times but it turns out it was just a bad toilet. I don't thing the pipes ever needed rooting. The plumber suggested a $500 toilet. I got one from Lowes and he charged $200 to install ( my fault, I did not ask for a price before hand. I assumed it would be fair. ) .\r

He also installed a garbage disposal -- $170. I'm kicking myself. I called him because I didn't have my tools with me. I could have bought new tools for $35.\r

Previously, The plumber installed a new shower selling the landlady the hardware telling her the 'Home Deport sold factory seconds'. \r

His work is good but compare prices first and take his advice with caution.
Pros: good work, good service
Cons: i don't trust his advice, Seems to be selfserving and expensive.
