Review content:
During the process of Buying a lift, tires, and wheels, I had several things go wrong.
First thing that went wrong was they had me drop off my vehicle on a Wednesday they did not start working on it till Friday then they didn't get it done by 5:00PM so they kept it over the weekend, this was supposed to be a one day install! (This is my only vehicle, getting rides everywhere gets old real quick)
Second they ordered the wrong wheels, then told me no they are correct they have ordered thousands of this type of wheel, after consulting catalogs they admitted to being wrong. (Yeah another 2 week of waiting for the correct wheels that I paid for and ordered)
Third was when it was time to come back after a 1000 miles and tighten everything up, made an appointment for 2:00 took 2 hours vacation from work, when I got in there they said they were pretty busy that I should come back some other day. ( I have not been back since)
I could rant all day on things that went wrong with my experience here, but I will just end it with, I am surprised they are still in buisness with customer service like this.
Drive a few extra miles and go to Robs Off Road in Clackamas
