Unfortunately can't give them minus stars. Looks good and the people sound nice, but they are not so nice when it comes to the quality of care. Repeated request/demands for needed care met with at best lackluster response. \r An 86 year old knee replacement patient was left in her room with out access to either call button or phone. \r It was funny (not) how much attention we got when we told them we were moving my mother. We were also told a number of times by non medical persons, that keeping the ice pack set up sent by the hospital and recommended by the surgeon, physical therapists, hospital, and even the doctor on staff to reduce swelling and pain, really wasn't that big of a deal, or making sure the food staff was aware that she was diabetic (was noted one time only, when I had lunch with her). \r There are some good staff there, but few and far between.\r I won't even get into how they messed with the paper work during transfer to new facility, just to note that it delayed her getting needed medication.
