Review content:
Members of my family have used Stancato's over the years for various functions, both catered and in the restaurant. Personally, I think the food is below average, but they deliver and with lots of kids in the family, it worked.
However, after the experience my daughter had today, we are done with them. She's a pharma rep and has given them SIGNIFICANT business. Today, she had 25 people waiting for lunch and they completely screwed up her order. Not only did they not rectify the situation, they were unbelievably rude to her on the phone. Imagine how she felt in front of a room full of people, all waiting for lunch. She is 5 months pregnant, and had to schlep out in the pouring rain to get Pizza Hut because Stancato's dropped the ball. This isn't the first time they've done this to her, but it will certainly be the last.
Get it together, Stancato's.
