Review content:
We used to be fans of Paula’s pet paradise. After using their daycare services on numerous occasions, we decided to leave our two Labradors for a weekend. We dropped them off on Friday early afternoon bringing two large beds one for each, only a small kennel was open when we arrived giving us second thoughts, but Ken assured us another double kennel was opening up within the hour. One bed was placed in the kennel and one was leaned against the opposing wall. When we returned on Sunday, our two full size labs were in the same kennel as the day we left and the bed was still leaning in the same spot outside their kennel. Our dogs were laying on a bed saturated with urine, with a large pile of poop next to the kennel entrance as well as on toys we brought for them; no one ever let our dogs out of that kennel for two days. We confronted Ken and he said he had cleaned their kennel at 7:30 A.M that morning, well after I carried the bed dripping with urine outside I knew he was lying yet again. If you are like us and love your pets, please avoid Paula’s and find someone that cares about your animals.
