Review content:
we have used Pride Parking on several occasions and found it convenient, with helpful, courteous drivers. However, on our last trip, our car was ""misplaced"" and was not ONLY unavailable when we returned from our trip, but the attendant refused to help us and made us wait for over an hour without knowing what was going on. When another person finally arrived with our car, he accused us of giving the wrong return date, although we had the confirmation we received from Pride after we made our online reservation that indicated the day we returned. The owners did not return our calls when we tried to reach them. \r

We will never use this service again, and I hope others will beware.
Pros: good drivers for shuttle
Cons: rude attendants and management
