I've used Yellow Cab several times but have not had good experiences. The drivers are ok except for one who drove extremely fast and chain smoked the entire time. My main problem with this company is that the dispatchers are just about the rudest people you can talk to. They yell at you on the phone and get extremely irritated if you don't respond quickly enough for them. I even had one hang up on me after yelling that I should have been prepared with an exact address before calling. He didn't give me time to say that I just wanted to know the price of an average trip between downtown Seattle & downtown Bellevue. With that kind of service, I'd rather call a smaller company.
