Very shocked. Had heard great things about this place, went and did find a new couch and love seat I loved, so I bought it. Wasn't told about the delivery fee until the stuff was delivered but accept that its my mistake. But I was then handed the legs to the sofa's and told I got to assemble them. What???? I just spent >$2300. and I get to assemble? Plus I'm an oxygen dependent senior who now has to figure how to lift these big couches. \r
I called customer service and found they only have one person for this job. The very perky young miss told me that ""everyone"" makes their customers assemble the legs. HUH? Apparently I have previously bought from companies that took more pride in their product and customer service than this business does, cause I've never had to assemble my furniture . Also, according to miss perky,this business also does not have a manager, supervisor or anyone else except miss perky ................total lost cause and I will never buy from them again.
Pros: fairly good deals on some items
Cons: quality can be iffy and alot from China
