I had heard that the food here is really good so I called to arrange catering for an event and was _completely_ shocked by how rude the employee was to me. I have arranged catering for several events and have NEVER had such a negative experience. The host who I spoke to on the phone was confrontational, insulting, rude, condescending, and downright obnoxious. I have to say the experience was rather surreal as his reaction was absolutely unwarranted and seem to come out of nowhere. I was so flabbergasted at his reaction to my catering inquiry. So I checked the reviews here on city search and found a common theme: great good, AWFUL customer service. I can't comment on the food, but will say the customer service is utterly appalling.
