Review content:
Went into this store looking for a replacement part (the wand) that had been made specifically for my old min-blind style. The salesman was nice and somewhat helpful as he did spend time looking in his ""back room"" for the type of wand I needed. However, things went from pretty OK to ""uh, are you kidding?"" quickly. He tried to sell me a wand that I would have to melt down the end of (yes, you read correctly) and then shave off a part of in order for it to be narrow enough to fit my blind. OK, props for thinking out of the box but seriously - I could just buy the CORRECT part on-line for about $7.\r \r Well, I *did* buy the wand but ONLY because it was going to fit a different mini-blind I was also needing a replacement wand for. The guy had the audacity to charge me $6.75 for the part though (that he found in what was probably a box of misc. parts and trash) and jokingly said, ""Well, I DID solve your problem, right?"" Not so fast! When I got home and discovered the wand wasn't going to work, I returned it and over a week later I am STILL waiting for the credit to show up in my checking account. The saleswoman who processed the return/refund said she would call me the next day to confirm the amount (wasn't ledgible on the hand-written reciept) but I never heard from her. "" I "" had to follow up and call her today and I'm still waiting for their Accounting dept. to issue the credit.
