Review content:
I have inquired to Walmart (Brook Road) two seperate times (once last year and then tonight7/24/08 about specific products;they were different). Both times I was transferred to the department in which the item was located and there was no answer. The phone then rang back to the original person that answered the phone and without saying ""let me try again"" they keep sending the phone back to the department. After the original person got tired of ring backs, she put me on hold until I hung up. When I attempted to call back, there was no answer. I know the two persons were not the same especially since its been more than a year between calls, but what type of training do these people get? Service the Customer that's their job and if they can't do it, please hire someone who can or is willing. The store is being remodeled, which is good because I live seven minutes away and would go to other Walmarts, so I didn't have to go in the ""disorganized store with RUDE cashiers"" I went back last week for the first time in a year and the improvements look well, but the service still sticks!!!!
Pros: You can get personal things, clothes and food in one stop
Cons: Cashiers and Phone Operaters are very Rude (not all, but most)
