Review content:
I took my cat here a few months ago and ""assumed"" that the amount they charged me was for everything done at that visit. I went back a few days ago and was told that they made a mistake and failed to bill me $15, the problem was that they now wanted $66 from me. I had no idea that I owed them $15. I told them that I did not mined paying the $15 but the $66 was unreasonable. This must have upset the owner/vet because she came around the corner yelling at me that I need to pay their attorney fee's. I explained to her that her front desk said that it was their mistake so it was unreasonable to ask me to pay her attorney fee's. The kicker is that I never heard from an attorney so I'm not sure what they were paying an attorney for. I have been taking my animals here since I was 10 years old and yet the vet cared more for her attorney fee's then my continued business. She was unprofessional and unreasonable about the whole situation. BEWARE! Take your business to another vet, one who would value your business.
