Review content:
We paid $17 for two tickets, only to have half an hour of our lives wasted because of the sound and picture messing up during the previews. After watching the same previews again, I couldn't relax because of all the people around us talking loudly, or screaming, or getting up and walking around, or texting people on their cell-phones. I know this movie is PG-13, which means, if I am not mistaken, PARENTAL GUIDANCE. There were whole groups of kids unsupervised and running amok. This is not acceptable and I DEMAND that your company address this worsening situation in a timely manner. I understand that it takes time, but the powers that be need to understand that their customers are not getting the product they want anymore! \r

It's a sad day in America when it gets to the point to where I have to insist that the theater hire BOUNCERS to enforce common courtesy during a movie! The movie was Unborn, and otherwise would have been an enjoyable experience.\r

I am outraged and expect some kind of restitution immediately. This is not how, nor should it ever be, how an American company does business!
Pros: Good Stores
Cons: Bad Cinemas
