Found Schafer's in 2008 after visiting a variety of garages who quoted me outrageous prices ($1,000-$1,300) on replacing my timing belt. Friend's suggested Schafer's so I gave them a try. They were very informative (provided me with a print out of my vehicle informing me of what was due on my vehicle and when). Found out my timing belt did not need to be replaced for another 10,000 miles. And the price they quoted me ($400-$500) was 1/2 the cost of all the other garages I visited. So, when 10,000 miles had come and gone, I went in to replace the timing belt. In the end, the price was less ($350) than what they quoted me months before. GREAT DEAL!!!!\r

I have them do my oil changes and keep my car up to date on all the small things that need to be serviced. If I can get a part cheaper somewhere else, they advise me, no run around.\r
