Review content:
The staff really do go above and beyond! We took our dog to be groomed at this location, and was so pleased with the result. We have taken him to several other grooming facilities in the West Knoxville area and not only did we have to pay double the cost, but it never failed that he would come home with skin irritations. Not only did Vickie give him a perfect cut, but they also removed some stitches from a previous surgery (done at an ER) that were suppossed to fall out and never did....free of charge. We will definately be coming back for all of our dogs grooming and because of the helpful and friendly staff we will be using them as our primary vet as well. \r
