Review content:
I have been visiting the day spa part of this business for years, and love it. I am a regular visitor, usually about every 6 weeks for lash tint/brow wax treatments, and when ever I can afford it treat myself to a facial and massage. I don't have any experience with the hair salon so cannot comment on that, but the spa side is great. It is a small spa, very peaceful, and friendly staff. Laura is absolutely the very best for facials and beauty treatments. I have had massages from several of the therapists and have been pleased with all of them. For me service is a very important part of a spa experience. You go there to be totally pampered and put the cares of the outside world away for a little while. Because the spa is small, the staff works well as a team to perform whatever treatments your have selected seamlessly. When I leave I feel relaxed and refreshed, which is the goal when visiting a day spa. Over the years I have gotten to know several of the staff members, and know they each are committed to service for the customer. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, comfortable lounge area to 'chill' for a few minutes before or after treatments, and very pleasant. \r
I will definately be a customer for a long time to come, and as often as I can afford it.\r

The only negative I can think of, is that they need to loose a couple of large fake trees in the lounge area. Those trees have definately seen better days, and I don't think any spa treatment has a prayer of reviving them... It would look better and be more spacious is they just disappeared.
Pros: small intimate atmosphere, great service
Cons: receptionist is for both the hair salon and day spa, sometimes she is very busy. Phones are going all the time.
