Don't rent from these guys. The come up with stupid things to charge you for such as replacing a lock of theirs that broke on us and inspection fees for inspections we never asked for. You are not supposed to pay for repairs that are done to your unit yet they make you. They also are unfriendly and hard to work. I give them a double thumbs down and will never rent from them again. Nor should anyone else. They are awful. I have talked to several of my friends who have had issues with them as well. I don't know a single person that has ever gotten their deposit back either. We went through and patched every single mark from a thumb tack and repainted over the mud and everything, they still didn't give us our deposit. I have pictures of how clean the place was and am suing them. \r
