They are deceiving from beginning to end. First I was told I could cancel my membership at any time. When I called to cancel they told me I couldnt because I didnt pay full price to join (which was conveniantly left out when i joined). When my year was about up I called to see exactly when my contract was expiring. I was told that it expired at the end of May and if I didnt want to continue I had to have a written cancellation in their hands by may 19th. I did that and Bill still tried to charge me. He said he would give my a refund by June 5th. June 5th came and went and surprise NO REFUND
