Workers are imcompetent,they just know how to push their super shakes witch are has no good taste. only one guy was doing good, and they fired him.
My bad experience today. couple of days before I froze my payment $70 for one month.When i was talking to a girl on the phone, i asked clearly about fee for this operation , if they have it. She didnt tell that i will be charged $16 fee. And today I found out that my balance in the bank is negative. and i must pay a bank's fee now. They screw me.For me its not about the money. Its is about their stupid service. When i called today to figure out how and why, they wanted to give me an email of their financial department . on my question whom i should contact to, they say they dont know exactly. bull sht, obviously the guy just didnt want to deal with it.
when I signed in, i didnt know all the rules, and no one told that i have to go to gym for a year and pay for it, and this person who made me a member knew that i had no idea what i was getting into. okay was my mistake, didnt read f-ing contract.
classes are not bad, its nice their. but i dont like one more thing, we are paying about $70-90 per month ..and when i came for zumba class, first time in my life zumba, i couldn t get the rythm and moves, and this teacher even didnt try to help me with it, there were only 2 girls except me and a teacher. i didnt know that i am paying for service like this.
They will not ask u if u need help with machine, or if u ask they dont know it. common!
MY ADVICE - DONT GO ! DONT JOIN! ITS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR AWFUL SERVICE.
