Place is old dirty not maintained laundry room is a mess. Doog pop every where. A/c down all the time. Does not have capable staff. Does not ever repair problems when promised. Goes into apartments all the time. Rotted wood every where. Roof leaks, dishwasher leaks, toilets flush really slow. Walls cracked. real dump.

Cons: old not kept up. no a/c plumbing leaks electrical is bad.
