This company is no longer Martinizing Dry Cleaning--it is now Zing Dry Cleaning & Mail Mart. Although their store employees are friendly and helpful, any semblance of good will or service by the new owner is now gone. We had four $100+ silk Tommy Bahama shirts come back from their FishHawk location over a very short period of time with red stains on them. We filed a claim and after eight weeks of trying to get a response from the owner, we were finally told that he accepts no responsibility for them. Accidents do happen, but an owner who makes no attempt to do right by his loyal customers doesn't deserve that loyalty. We had been happy customers of Martinizing Dry Cleaning for years prior to this new ownership. We have since found another, more reputable, dry cleaning establishment.
