I went to CJ for an eyebrow and Brazilian wax. She did my brows first, and when she had me look in the mirror, I nearly burst into tears because my eyebrows were WAY too thin. I've been to probably a dozen different aestheticians in my life and it was easily the worst my brows have ever looked. CJ was very apologetic and didn't charge me for the wax and offered to wax them again for free next time.\r

Then we moved on to the Brazilian. She had me undress right in front of her, which I thought was weird (normally you undress prior to the services starting and cover yourself with a towel). I had nothing to cover myself, I was just hangin' out there. The wax was unusually painful (which I understand could have been caused by something other than the wax or technique), but the results were decent.\r

When I went back to the office after my appointment, several coworkers commented on my screwed-up brows. I spent the next 2 months having to draw on my eyebrows each morning. The next day, my nether regions were very sore and upon further inspection I realized that parts of the skin had been *ripped off*. Again, this has never happened to me in over 20 times of being waxed down there. I applied Neosporin and the soreness was gone after 2 days, but I will never, ever return to all about facials and waxing.\r

One star for the professionalism and genuine concern from CJ, but zero stars for the results.
