Horrible experience. The worst customer service in all the Naperville area restaurants. Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude employees. This is nothing like the old place, this new ""reopened"" place is loud, slow, and poorly managed. They ruined my dinner plans of me and my 10 guests. Will never eat at this place and I will make sure that my clients, friends and family spread the word of how bitter the experience was from trying to celebrate a special day in this low class place. The manager is condescendant, inappropiate and demeaning. He needs to be fired from his job and the restaurant owner needs to watch more carefully was going on in the restaurant.
