Being a loyal member of Bally Total Fitness since November 2004 and using several of its locations throughout the country for my workout needs, I experienced the worst treatment that one could expect and from the last person imaginable: the manager, whose name is Keith (by the way he is new and does not compare to the manager before him).\r After visiting this Montclair location on a regular basis for about a year since it's a decent gym, I experienced a problem with the manager (Keith) after signing up my wife.\r This guy used deceptive tactics and more concerned with making money off of me while pretending that customer service does not exist.\r After agreeing to pay a little extra to pay for child care for both of us (including initiation and first month's fees), a couple of days later we find out that child care ONLY APPLIED TO MY WIFE'S CONTRACT. This is something that we were not told about when my wife signed up.\r When I told him that I considered canceling our memberships he took it lightly, making it obvious that he only sees dollar signs and not thinking about meeting or exceeding customer expectations.\r Also, I let him know that I would report him to Bally's corporate office and react as though he will be reprimanded.\r So my wife canceled her membership, I kept my promise to visit that gym again and reported Keith to the corporate office for his unprofessional attitude.\r If you or anybody have had any problems with Keith, call the corporate office at 1-866-402-2559. Pros: Parking Cons: Too far for any La Verne resident
