I had a terrible experience with this store! I had such high hopes from some of the reviews that I read, so I made an appointment to get shoes, jewelry, and a hair clip. During my appointment, the lady I was working with kept leaving to help other people who had walked in. It was very stressful to try and hold her attention for more than 30 seconds at a time. I was finally able to put some shoes on hold, and I bought a clip, saying that I would be seeing my hairdresser that week, and I might need to bring the hairclip back if it didn't work. She said that it was fine. Then, when I went to bring the unworn haircip back, all of a sudden it was a huge, (and expensive for me) problem. These people don't know the first thing about customer service, and I wish I had never gone!
