Review content:
I came to the Dojo to get a massage for shoulder tightness. Brooke is an amazing massage therapist--she has an intuitive feel for the body and a firm but gentle touch. She's extremely dedicated to her work--she's never satisfied until she's resolved your problem. Not only did she relax my shoulders, but she also helped me with something I thought was incurable--my persistent knee pain.
I was convinced that my joint pain was due to cartilage breakdown, but Brooke soon convinced me it was mostly due to tight hamstrings and quads. In one session, she was able to relax all the muscles that were pulling my knees out of alignment. I was initially skeptical that it would make a difference but I have to say I am truly floored--I haven't had knee pain since! Because of her dedication to her craft and her knowledge of the body, I'd say she's quite possibly the best massage therapist I've had in Denver. (And because of my shoulder, neck and knee pain, I've had a lot!) .
