Review content:
This was my first experience with a mobile cat groomer. First off, I couldn't find anyone willing to come to my area code (I was told by some that they don't really like to do cats, to which I replied, ""Then why advertise that you groom cats??!). I contacted Crystal and not only was she willing to come to me (I live near downtown Denver in a residential neighborhood) but she was willing to come out in 2 days time. My cat is an outdoor cat with long, matted fur and she had to shave him down. He was pretty good but did scratch her a few times and got her really good in the end (drew blood). She was calm, even-tempered, and sweet to him the whole time. I would highly recommend her. It was less stressful for my cat since I could take just put him back in the yard immediately after the grooming was done (and give him a treat, of course).
Pros: very professional and kind; came out with short notice
