Review content:
My friend and I decided to try something different last Thursday and looked up Cayenne on City Search. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very polite gentleman who promptly led us to a nice outdoor table. I looked at the menu and was surprised to find such an eclectic mix of Moroccan, French, Italian, Greek and American food on the menu. My friend who had been here before, told me Cayenne Cafe is one of only 3 restaurants in town that orders the highest level grade A organic coffee, $50 a pound. So I ordered a latte to test it, and was amazed at how smooth it was, it had no bitter after taste whatsoever. I could definitely get hooked to coffee at Cayenne, its the best cup of coffee I've ever tasted.\r

The waiter had a happy face and upon my request suggested I try the kibbih as an appetizer, and the salmon with charmoula sauce as the main dish. My friend ordered his favorite dish Moroccan couscous. I must say they have an excellent chef because the salmon had some amazing flavors with a very delicate and refined mix of spices. I've never tasted salmon like this in my life, I think its Cayenne's unique blend of spices that creates the magic with this dish. \r

The happy chipper waiter told me since its Thursday night, there would be Flamenco dancing starting in 30 minutes. Sure enough, a guitar player and a dancer showed up with guitar and a wooden floor. When the performance started, I was quite surprised at how dramatic, exciting and charismatic Flamenco dancing is. All in all, it made for a very memorable and enjoyable evening out. \r

The waiter's were very courteous and attentive all evening long and the deserts were uniquely light and delicious. My friend and I had a wonderful time at Cayenne and I will definitely put this on my list of all time favorite places to hang out. \r

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that has a sophisticated taste.
Pros: Exquisite cuisince with highest quality ingredients. Good entertainment. Super friendly staff.
Cons: None, just wish I had known about Cayenne before.
