Aspens Signature Steaks offer a variety of entrees, in an extremely nice evironment, and has been my favorite restaurant for about a year now. The wine list they put together has the most incredible variety I have ever seen. My recommendation: Order the crabcakes as an appetizer(the most mouth watering appetizer in the world), for your entree enjoy a wonderful cut of their Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib(so juicy), and for desert, my favorite, creme brule. And after, enjoy a great selection of Ports and cordials.
