Have been going for years. Saturday's are busy but, Saturday is a busy time for any spa. If you must go on a Saturday go first thing in the morning or late afternoon. I think the negative comments are from people who do not get facials on a regular basis, what do you exact from a facial. Never been rushed and never had the products pushed on me. One negative point, when you call for an appointment you will get so pissed off you probably will not want to go. I suggest making the appointmentin person. If you decide to go I recommend: Massage: Earl or Christy Facial: Hanah Never rushed and they explain the process. Pros: Natural Products, Not forced to buy, Relaxation a point Cons: Calling is a #$%%, Price (this is NYC), SOHO is far
