Worst experience of my life. The colorist turned my light brown hair white by stripping all of the color with an enlightener making me look like a clown and offering nothing but attitude when I didn't like it (which is laughable b/c I looked so ridiculous). Management didn't care either. This colorist had been through the whole program and was in her last week of training. I still had to pay for the service and it has taken me 6 months and a thousand dollars going to the top colorists in NYC trying to get this fixed. Do yourself a favor and don't have a student destroy your hair.
