Review content:
Took in my mini van for three new tires. My husband went in on a Saturday to ask about prices and was told they take $10 off each tire if you let them keep the old ones. Then they told him they were closed and to come back Monday. He had to work so I took in the van for the tires. Not only did they not take off the $10 per tire, they charged me $3 for each old tire's disposal. Not cool. Yesterday I had to get new break pads put on and when my stepfather went to take off the tires, the lugnuts had been put on so tight it snapped the bolts off the tire and were stuck in the lugnuts. Took the van back to Willand Pond to have them fix their mistake and they told us too bad. Not only were they not going to fix them after they carelessly put them on, but they were going to charge us to fix them plus have us leave the van there for the day even though they were all just sitting around. I will never go there again.
