FIRST FOR APT OWNERS!!
Would you like your building to be RUINED?
I guess not!
If thats the case, DO NOT HIRE MOSS AND COMPANY, they will ruin your building in hopes of turning a small profit for you. MOLD, LAEKY PIPES, DIRTY UNKEPT HALLWAYS,
SEWAGE BACKING UP.
Mick Heimburger manages several buildings for Moss and he is the WORST manager.
This guy has 3 kids and 2 adults in a small 2 bedroom apt, and the kids CRY all day and night.
Every time his door is open it stinks!
The smell lingers in the hall for at least 15 minutes.
This guy cannot even request a washer and dryer for the second floor tenants because he uses the laundry room for his stuff. Camping stuff, because thats the only vacation he can afford for his family.
The management company will try to swindle every penny they legally can out of you.
TRY NOT TO RENT FROM THESE SCHISTERS!
