I had 2 experiences with PST computers. Once while my mac was covered with Apple care. I had my monitor replaced. they told me 5 days and it wound up being 3 weeks.
Just the other day I called to see about re-attaching a key on my keyboard. They said the ONLY thing I could do is replace the whole keyboard. I made an appointment at the mac store and they replaced the key at no cost. Keep in mind my warranty is expired. not only that I want to say that they transposed the part and install cost from what apple told me,leading me to believe they are trying to make it seem like they aren't charging more than the part costs.
While they may be able to repair computers their ethics are left to be desired. They are in business to make money and not as interested in helping the customer.
