I needed to get some wool trousers dry cleaned for upcoming interviews. From the beginning, I was able to put in a rush request (I dropped them off Tuesday around 3 and needed them by 11 on Thursday). \r

On Wednesday, I received a call from Sanitate about the upcoming winter storm. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to pick up my pants on Thursday at all. The worry wasn't needed, though. They were calling to tell me that the had made sure to get the pants ready for me by Wednesday since they weren't sure what the winter storm would bring and whether they would be open on Thursday.\r

I haven't experienced this kind of proactive service in years and I'm grateful for their close attention. It's great not to have to worry about having my clothes ready for a job interview. I am a brand new customer there and will be sure to return!
