I ordered an expensive birthday gift to be shipped same-day locally to 90025. When I got the order confirmation I learnt that i have been charged an expensive $35 for delivery - however the agent neglected to mention this.
The order was never delivered. I have had to contact my credit card issuer to repudiate the transaction.
Worst buy and delivery service i have ever experienced.
