Review content:
The owner/managers of this hotel were unwilling to honor ""guaranteeded"" rates that were booked online. They raised the rate on check in. \r They also falsely advertised their pet fee - which was more than any other hotel I've ever stayed at. \r Despite multiple complaints, management was unwilling to stop teenagers from making loud and obnoxous noise all night long. Ironically, there was no extra charge for having what seemed like 12 teenagers per room. The teenagers were very poorly behaved and deserved to be charged a nuisance fee...while our pets were well-behaved and we got scalped for an unreasonable pet fee.\r Double standards and poor customer satisfaction. They really don't act like they want your *business*...just your money. That was very loud and clear. I'll never stay there again. Pros: There was one nice clerk at the front desk who really seemed to care
