HORRIBLE! I v been stuck with them for 2 years! Our community is trying to get rid of them for not doing their job! they have drove our property values INTO THE GROUND!!! they do not respond to requests to fix problems they are reasponsible for and will fine you for the most off the wall things! No one in our community is able to sell due to the apperence of our poorly maintained homes that we are paying $246 PER MONTH for them to care for! agents are calling owners that have their properties listed asking if the dues are a TYPO! BEWARE!!!!! if you have them get rid of them if you can! if you are looking PLEASE check into their reputation first!
Pros: have not found any in over two years
Cons: wont return calls, wont respond to letters, wont respond to emails, fail to follow obligations, unreasonable, rude.
