We went with a group of 5 people so we could try several different pizza's. This is truely gourmet pizza. Most ""gourmet"" pizzas have interesting toppings, that rarely work well together. We tried 5 pizzas, 4 gourmet cominations and 1 pepperoni, and 3 salads. The pepperoni was strong, but the gourmet pizzas are fantastic. Also, the salads were on a par with what you would expect from a high end restaurant. The gourmet pizzas we tried were the Tuscan Mushroom, the Mexican, the ZBQ, the Sante Fe, and the Napoli. And an Apple Pie Pizza for dessert.\r \r The Tuscan Mushroom was my favorite. While there are two kinds of mushrooms, there are also carmalized onions, truffle oil, roasted garlic, fresh thyme, cheese, and other ingredients. The blended flavor is smooth and complex. Gourmet.\r \r The Sante Fe reminded me of a Southwestern places we used to eat at in El Paso and Albequerque. A bit spicy, but again a wonderful blend of flavors.\r \r The Mexican was milder than expected but very interesting and each slice was topped with a fresh piece of avacodo and fresh cilantra. \r \r The Napoli was like something you might expect if touring Northern Itally. A white garlic sauce with cheese, fresh roma tomato slices and fresh basil. Simple but mouthwatering. \r \r The pepperoni was actually amoung the best I have had, but it is not one of their gourmet selections. \r \r The crust is perfect.\r \r The Apple Pie Pizza, should probably have a fancier name because, again, it has a more gourmet flavor. The apple , almonds, and marscapone cheese bake into a wonderful combinaiton and I think there may have been some amareto, and carmel sauce. A fantastic finish.\r \r The place itself is a little small, and was packed the night we were there (Friday). It is a very nice environment, just small. If you live near there you may want to get delivery or pick-up on weekends. Not sure about seating on weekdays, probably fine.\r \r Overall loved this place! Highly recommended.
