After the long wait and the rude customer service we received from another highly recommended Helicopter tour Company on our three day trip in New York we walked out. We were horrified.It was a nice relief to walk into Zip Aviation and sit down and be able to talk to the staff openly and be reassured that we would be safe and treated like we mattered. Great Job Zip.Our pilot was friendly informative and made us laugh the whole trip.It went by so fast!!! We'd do it again if we come back to New York, but at night!
