I recently purchased a ticket from SFO-HONGKONG-SINGAPORE-CHENNAI on Cathay/Indian Airlines in October'06 from agent Shilpa. I had changed my return date from the US and she said it was taken care of - that all I had to do was to go straight into the airport on my departure date. I decided to stop by the Indian Airlines office and the IA Agent was kind enough to let me know that my name was not there in the manifest for travel that evening. I ended up buying a first class ticket to Singapore - paying the difference of $100 US Dollars to catch the Cathay Pacific Flight to continue my Journey. Shilpa told my husband that she would get us the $ back. We left numerous mess. and another reservation needed, but she won't even return the phone calls. I travel to india frequently, I will never use Sai Travels/Shilpa again. What a disgrace.
