I was in the market for new couches. I had shopped around at the local chain furniture stores and bought two new couches from one. After two weeks of waiting for delivery I cancelled my order with the local chain furniture store. I decided to visit Monk's store and have never been so happy. The salesperson was great, no pressure and very helpful. Prices are very reasonable and selection was very good, all I could ask for. Delivery was unbelievable - they actually followed me home. Their delivery personnel not only followed me home but actual helped me move the old sectional into another room before bringing in the new couches. The overall experience is not something you receive from any chain stores. Everyone was very polite, courteous, helpful and went out of their way to be obliging to my needs. I would strongly recommend Monk's Furniture to anyone. Thanks Deb
