Review content:
This is one of those places that makes you wonder why they are still in business. If you don't want to give your customer's the time of day, then what use are you. If I didn't need assistance I would just order online. \r
\r
This place is way overprced. For components, expect to pay at least double. I went with a list of things I wanted to order, but I figured I'd get it through them and have them install it. First, gettting them to look the parts up in the computer was like asking to name their first born. How dare I. Onve they looked it up, the prices were almost double throught the only source they would check. I ended up ordering the parts myself and getting them installed by another bike shop. Saved hundreds of dollars.\r
\r
Don't patronize this place. Maybe the owner will get the message and get employees who give a crap.
Pros: Good bikes
Cons: Expensive, bad customer service
