I was blown away by the service I received from Taj at Gotham Bikes. I started my search online, but the bike I wanted had to be ordered through the store. When I called and they didn't have the bike I thought I wanted available, Taj began guiding me through the process of purchasing the right bike for my husband. As a biking novice, it was incredibly helpful to have some one as patient and knowledgeable as Taj provide the information and advice I needed to make the right choice. I was on the line with him for a good 25 minutes and I never once felt rushed or pushed to purchase. It was awesome. If he hadn't been so helpful, I might have gone elsewhere, because I was pressed for time because it was a birthday gift and they seemed to be out of stock on quite a few models. But his expertise, kindness and customer service really made the difference. Taj hand-delivered the bike to Brooklyn and even helped me keep it a surprise by sneaking/delivering it down to our basement. You just don't find people this dedicated to customer service anymore. If you go to Gotham, Taj is your man. The best bicycle sales and service in town.
