These guys are good - if you're a pro. But for basic questions and to the uninitiated, they're not the most helpful, verging on rude. First time I went in the store, I got passed from guy to guy until I virtually had to beg someone for help. Second time, I wanted some replacement cleats for my shoes, they questioned me on my question 'Look don't make grey cleats' (err yes they do) then sold me the wrong ones.\r
